Delivery is free on every order of ৳999 or more, in any area. We ship with Pathao, Steadfast and Sundarban.
Returns & exchanges
- Check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or expired, call us within 24 hours.
- We will replace the item or refund you after we confirm the problem.
- Opened food items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Refunds are made by bKash / Nagad or as a credit on your next order.
