Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes. We deliver to every district. Delivery inside Dhaka and Chattogram city takes 24–48 hours and the rest of the country takes 2–4 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is ৳70 inside Dhaka and Chattogram city and ৳110 outside. Orders of ৳999 or more ship free.
How do I pay?
Pay by Cash on Delivery when the parcel reaches you. You can also choose bKash / Nagad; we will share the merchant number when we call to confirm.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel from your account while the order is still pending. After it is confirmed, please call us on 01901642060.
What if my product is damaged?
Call us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See Shipping & Returns for details.
